ABOUT US
Bilingual Pediatric Clinic provides medical attention from newborn wellness checks through 18 years of age including immunizations, new parent guidance, and dietary counseling. We always accept walk-ins and our office hours are designed with patient convenience in mind.
As a small local family run practice, we know what it means to have a personal relationship with our patients and their families. We cultivate a culture that reflects our principal value of treating our patients as our own.

Rene Guardia MD, FAAP
Dr. Guardia is a board-certified pediatrician who has faithfully served the Katy community for over a decade.
He also practiced pediatric surgery in Bolivia and Mexico.
During his free time, he enjoys reading, fishing, and listening to classic rock.
Ana Guardia
Office Manager
Serving as our office manager, Ana has been with the practice from the start. Whatever needs the practice has, Ana sees that they are met.
During her free time, she enjoys cooking, dancing, and traveling.
